I’m changing my challenge due to everyone probably be hanging by a pool this holiday weekend! Sit into this squat make sure u have a pool to fall back into. Bc bringing arms overhead will throw off your balance.. it’s a thigh burner. So hold as long as you can!! #getfit try virtual #fitness #training with me #personaltrainer #personaltraining #fit #fitfam #fitspo #cardio #health #dedication #body #ripped #shredded #muscle #abs #instafit #fitnessgoals #gym #goals #fitlife #fitgirl #eatclean #exercise #motivation #fitnessaddict #fitnessmodel #fitnessmotivation

I've always wondered what would happen if I got pulled over, then for some wierd reason asked to have my car searched and find protein powder and vitamins in individual baggie's. With sweat rolling down my face having to explain that those are only for my personal GAINS. 😂 #goingtojail

WOW!! SUPER EPIC MAMEY!!!!!! ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ After the first pic are a few mildly graphic pictures of what I'm writing about. Now that I got your attention. Listen up for some real talk if you're ready for it on my process. I need to keep it real with you all. I didn't go to Palenque today because I was tossing in turning all night, waking up blowing mucus out of my nose and coughing it up. I can feel my head draining right now and it was actually causing a sensation that felt like my teeth aching last night. During the day I feel okay but I've been letting mucus out all day and still feel pressure in my head. Just a few nights before I was up all the night with a super intense rash on my hips, going all down my legs, arms, and back. It looked like an allergic histamine reaction rash but I couldn't say exactly what caused it. I have headaches somewhat consistently, especially when I'm moving around from different environments. Some are so intense they are debilitating. I'm still feeling the effects of the burn I got on my armpit that created a huge blister of pus. I couldn't really move my arm for almost two weeks, and from that same burn you can see it on the sides of both my arms and my stomach. My digestion has been okay most days, but often I get blocked up eat only juicy fruits. Also I get hemorrhoids quite frequently which seem to make the digestion even slower and painful. Overall, my energy is pretty good. I can walk for hours on end and move my body quite swiftly, but I don't feel so much energy to be doing long, intense resistance workouts. In Brazil one night I got so nauseous I threw up and had an intense fever all night. Also, it has been improving but sometimes my blood pressure gets so low that when I stand up quickly I can't see for several seconds. With my dry fasting it has been getting better, but I used to be absolutely useless physically when I fasted. I understand why people are hesitant to change. Detox can be the most painful and difficult thing imaginable. But I believe it doesn't have to be if done gently and with intelligence. So is the fruitarian diet to blame? In the next post I'll share some of my past...
