Starting to see some leg gains💪🏼! Growing up I always had small legs and it has always been my weakness compared to my upper body. A lot of it had to do with I always wanted to fit a size 0-1 in pants and didn’t want to go up in size. Even when I first started working out I remember the size of my pants started go up when I started to train legs, so I stopped training them for a while. Yup, I threw that mentality out the door! Now I love big quads and hamstrings and admire women who have them 😍. For the last five years I’ve been focusing on them and have been training them 2-3 x a week. It's been a while since I've posted a workout video, and it just happens to be #workoutwednesday! . 💪🏽 Lat Pulldowns, 50lbs 3x12 - a new record 😄. I admit that even though I love all the strong women I follow, there are times when I berate myself for not being able to lift 100+ lbs like some of them. So today I glanced at my first sessions to remind myself how far I've come. In this case, I started April 2017 at 20 lbs - with difficulty. Whenever you feel frustrated with your progress, go back and remember how you started.
